How long does the order take to ship?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it;

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you;

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping warehouse:

Your product may be coming from the US, or Hong Kong, depending on the product purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.

Shipping time: 

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

At present, our goods only send to the following countries and regions, please pay attention.

If you have not received your item(s) beyond this time, you are eligible for a full refund after we have conducted a postal investigation.

While wbranda products may seem like the cheapest option, you often have to compromise on shipping times. It is not uncommon for products from wbranda to take several weeks to reach our customers.
So, by using our US warehouse products to ship to our US customers, it only makes sense that these products don’t have to travel far or rely on foreign logistics. Therefore, they can reach your customers faster than any international supplier.

 

We Ship for You

Packet is a shipping method that works as an alternative to ePacket shipping or other special lines. The average delivery time to the USA is less than 8 days. Besides, overseas warehouses are available with domestic shipping which has a delivery time of 2-4 days normally.

 

 

 

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, and war;

3. Any un-insured order that is lost or stolen;

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond wbranda control, such as public holidays and Customs issues.

  • The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated times of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped. Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times. We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues.

  • Expedited Shipping Service and EMS Express Mail Service shipping methods can not deliver to P.O Box addresses.

  • Shipping from your local warehouse is significantly faster. Some charges may apply.

  • The shipping fees of DHL Express and FedEx Ground may vary according to the delivery area and ZIP code, and thus slight mismatch may arise between the charges shown on the product page and on the shopping cart.

  • The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order. If you require any further information or assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

About customs tax

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes in your country or the country you are shipping to. You will be responsible for additional fees that require customs clearance, wbranda has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies differ from one country to another, please note that most countries do not take customs for cheap products, but if required, it may be according to the customs policy of your country, and wbranda recommends contacting the local customs office of your country for more information. wbranda will always comply with the law, and we’d like to remind you to do the same. As an importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your countries.

How do you ship packages
Packages from our warehouse in China, USA, UK and Canada, France, Spain will be shipped by ePacket or EMS or USPS or Packet   depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through  Express HKDHL or DHL or Express Fedex or UPS .
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 85 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@wbranda.com
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Wbranda Shop?

(We deliver your items for free). This depends on the item and the amount of money you spent on your purchases. However, in the shipping page you can see the details about the shipping processes and costs.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Wbranda Shop?

Currently we accept (Credit Cards and PayPal payments). If you would like to use a different payment method, our team will assist your request!

How long will delivery take?

We generally deliver all orders in 7-21 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 – 14 working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control, You can visit the shipping page for more information.
