When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders in 7-21 working days, even though most of our deliverables arrive with 10 – 14 working days. This is because there might be occasional delay due to customs clearance processes, which are totally out of our control, You can visit the shipping page for more information.

 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email containing a tracking number. Using this number you will be able to know where is your item and when it is going to arrive to you from here.

In case you did not receive this email, please email us at support@wbranda.com.


Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to applicable import duties and taxes in your country or the country you are shipping to. You will be responsible for additional fees that require customs clearance, wbranda has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies differ from one country to another, please note that most countries do not take customs for cheap products, but if required, it may be according to the customs policy of your country, and wbranda recommends contacting the local customs office of your country for more information. wbranda will always comply with the law, and we’d like to remind you to do the same. As an importer, you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your countries.


What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?

Wbranda offers a refund or resend if you provide photos or videos of the damaged item to prove the damage. If you can’t. Pictures of products proof of damage Please upload a video to email with name, date and content.

Wbranda offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.

Wbranda offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

Notes:

  a. For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.

  b. For damaged packing boxes, Wbranda cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distant international delivery.

  c. For ordinary products, You must email us within 5 days after packages are delivered.

  d. For electronic products, You must email us within 10 days after packages are delivered.

 

We always work hard to ensure that all items are of the highest quality and guarantee to our customers a great brand experience. What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on all our pieces within 7-10 working days from the date you received your order.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • The item/s must be in original condition.
  • Item/s must not have been used in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
wbranda offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

All returns must be sent to our warehouses in the United States and Europe. However, the address where you should send the return will be sent to you when you contact us for a return at support@wbranda.com.


How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, simply email us at support@wbranda.com using the same e-mail address used to order the product.
(Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
 
wbranda cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 85 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How do you ship packages
Packages from our warehouse in China, USA, UK and Canada, France, Spain will be shipped by ePacket or EMS or USPS or Packet   depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through  Express HKDHL or DHL or Express Fedex or UPS .

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@wbranda.com
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
